These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Eddie Health website located at eddiehealth.com (the "Site") and your submission of information through our waitlist signup form. By using the Site or submitting the signup form, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Eddie Health ("Eddie Health," "we," "us," or "our") is building health and wellness resources for dads, including The New Dad Checkup. The Site is currently informational and allows you to join a waitlist to be notified about our products as they become available.
Not medical advice
Eddie Health is not currently providing medical care, diagnosis, or treatment through this Site. Nothing on the Site, and no response to your waitlist signup, constitutes medical advice or creates a doctor-patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
The waitlist signup
When you submit the signup form, you provide us with your name, email address, and, optionally, information about your family status, health and wellness interests, and any comments you choose to share. By submitting the form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old.
We use this information to:
- Add you to our waitlist and contact you about the availability of The New Dad Checkup and related products;
- Understand aggregate interest in specific health and wellness topics so we can build a better product; and
- Respond to any comments or questions you submit.
We do not sell your personal information. We will not use your health-related responses for anything other than understanding interest in our future product and improving what we build. If you'd like your information removed from our waitlist at any time, email us at contact@eddiehealth.com and we will delete it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to access data belonging to other users, or interfering with the normal operation of the Site.
No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that The New Dad Checkup or any other product referenced on the Site will be released, or released on any particular timeline.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eddie Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
